Return Process

  Log into your CASTLE account and select the items from your order history that you wish to return to receive a dynamic return label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
